In the text she said sure never had it appraised and when I dropped it off I signed a form Which Stated I was not to be charged over the 59.99 . When I returned she said there was no coupon and tried to charge me 79.99 when I complained she found the coupon and did say it was expired but her manager would fix it came back and charged me 69.99 71 something with tax , which she did The same exact thing last time with a unexpired coupon . When you try to swindle someone for 20 dollars When they asked for a appraisal and expressed interest in a new 51000 vehicle and you try to screw them for 20.00 ? How much sense does that make Lakewood ? To add insult to injury we are under water after the hurricane no power no water this is how you treat people .I know your lot is depleted and you have it hard just like us , we lost a business to Covid but it doesn’t justify being dishonest with people .
