I got a text telling me my car was ready. I had been Uber home. They asked if I needed an Uber ride back, and I texted yes. Then I did not hear back from them for about 2 1/2 hours, despite m I had been Uber home. They asked if I needed an Uber ride back, and I texted yes. Clean waiting area, and friendly people. Unfortunately they did not seem to be "on top of things". We had a failed repair. It cost me more time and energy to get the vehicle back with a tow truck and another scheduled pickup.
