Took my 2008 Tundra into Gettel Toyota because several warning lights came on. Blake was my Service Adviser and he handled things in an excellent manner. The Techs found that the Transmission needed to be warning lights came on. Blake was my Service Adviser and he handled things in an excellent manner. The Techs found that the Transmission needed to be replaced, which would take several days to complete. We agreed on a drive out price and Blake even got me a rental car while the repair was taking place. There were several hiccups with the repair, but Blake and his management stayed right on top of things. I got my Tundra back with a new transmission and full checkup. Everything was excellent and Blake did an excellent job managing the whole process for me. Thanks to the Gettel Toyota Service Center, Blake and his management for doing such a great job. More

I do not like it that I was told my warranty will be voided if I do not have ALL my services done at your facility! If I have an oil change at another garage and have proof of service that is outrageous voided if I do not have ALL my services done at your facility!
