We purchased a new highlander and our iPhone did not work when plugged in. After switching the cord it still did not work, only to find out both cords were defective. Got a new Cord and we are happy. I liked working with Chris but some things have to be fine tuned because I put a requests and they totally disregard it … The previous time I took my car for service they charged me $25 for tire rotatio fine tuned because I put a requests and they totally disregard it … The previous time I took my car for service they charged me $25 for tire rotation when it was free(it was part of the deal of buying tires from them ) I never got this amount refunded to me but they keep lying to my face that they will send it, Lip service but no substance!!!!
