Ted did great got me the best deal possible and got me in my truck , then went Above and beyond and found some more rebates for me and lowered my monthly payment and called me a couple days later. I took a while to do this review because I wanted to make sure I had all the information to be fair. May of 2023 I brought my 2017 Chevrolet Silverado in to fix a collapsed lifter. Initially I was happy wi sure I had all the information to be fair. May of 2023 I brought my 2017 Chevrolet Silverado in to fix a collapsed lifter. Initially I was happy with the service and nothing seemed wrong. I discovered a couple of days later that my A/C wasn't blowing cold air. I called and they got me in to diagnose the problem. They told me at the time that the service dept wasn't at fault because they said they didn't touch the A/C. They told me that I had a damaged condenser, and gave me a quote to fix it. My husband told me he disagreed with them on not touching the A/C because he said they have to disconnect it. I still held off with a review just in case my husband was wrong. Well when we took it to a different Chevy dealership to have the problem fixed (took us a year because of cost purposes) they informed us not only did the A/C need to be disconnected, but there were also no seals on the condenser where they were supposed to be. So I am only disappointed with my experience because the mistake cost me $900 and I was lied to. More
