Worst experience trying to get my new car diagnosed. Service department wanted us to pay for a tire rotation and more when our car is A 2023 and under warranty. Amazing service! Drove from the Fort Collins area to Ghent for servicing because my Tahoe was in the shop for two days at Dellenbach (with a scheduled appointment - I Drove from the Fort Collins area to Ghent for servicing because my Tahoe was in the shop for two days at Dellenbach (with a scheduled appointment - I wont even go into the inconvenience of not having a vehicle and them not having any “courtesy vehicles left” for me to drive in the meantime) needing a simple oil change and a brake light switch changed because I had no brake lights It sat for TWO days before we picked it up and drove it over to Greeley. The service guys in Greeley were amazing! They fit me in as soon as they could without an appointment and were amazing about communication along the way which is something that Dellenbach didn’t do. I will definitely make future trips back to Greeley to patronize this dealership. More

“Honestly” I had issues with the lift gate on our Chevrolet Tahoe, so I had visited a local mechanic and was informed that the motor was damaged and rep I had issues with the lift gate on our Chevrolet Tahoe, so I had visited a local mechanic and was informed that the motor was damaged and replacing, at some cost. I inquired about the issue at another mechanic location and was informed of the same result. At a later date I booked the vehicle into Ghent; for an oil change and had made mention of the faulty lift gate; I was expecting a very expensive replacement cost for whatever was damaged. No. A blown fuse! With as I recall was at no cost. Honesty and integrity are much valued by me. The truth is so important and easy to understand. More

Was told to drop off my car at 9 for an appointment at 10:50. At 2:30 I called and was told they haven’t got to it. Not sure why I was told it would be done.
