Scott in service made sure that I didn’t pay for anything extra! Scott told me he had a mechanic that was very good with GM wiring. Scott spoke with the mechanic before I even brought the car in. When I bring a car in I get what’s wrong fixed. I seldom do the additional recommended service for the car. This time I did because I trust Ghent service.There was even a problem with the door lock, it was a simple fix, and they just did it for me! When do you ever experience something like that? Sean, in the parts department was very patient with me because I’m kind of a pull and pay type of girl :-) they treated me with kindness and respect for the first time I was happy to pay the bill!
