I have not had great luck with the service department. I bought my car from the Ghent dealership, where I got two free oil changes with the purchase of my car within a certain amount of mileage. I brought I bought my car from the Ghent dealership, where I got two free oil changes with the purchase of my car within a certain amount of mileage. I brought my car in for the first complimentary oil change and the service department had the wrong mileage recorded, so were not planning to give a comp for the oil change. We ended up figuring it out and the honored the complimentary oil change, but it was quite the hassle. The second time I went in for the oil change it seemed to be right and they gave that one complementary, so that visit was fine. Last week I went in for my third oil change and also wanted a tire change and transmission fluid change. The transmission fluid change was recommended at my second visit, but I did not have the extra time for them to do it at that visit. When I got there they seemed to have all of the service requests noted correctly and we went over everything I wanted before the appointment. After being there for two hours, they said my car was ready, but at checkout I realized that they hadn't done the transmission fluid change, which was extremely frustrating. I was fine waiting that long if all of the requested services were getting done, but that was not the case. Victoria was the sales rep helping me and she was vey nice. She was the one who reviewed all of the services we were planning to do and seemed to have everything correct. She was surprised at checkout that they had not done the transmission fluid change. More

I had a free oil change and when I called to schedule my appointment I was offered a special time so I can make it after work. When I arrived I was informed I came in the wrong day! They were still willing appointment I was offered a special time so I can make it after work. When I arrived I was informed I came in the wrong day!
