I got an oil change and maintenance package for my 2015 Buick Enclave for an upcoming cross country trip. I needed my tires rotated which was included in the service I signed up for but was charged $30 for Buick Enclave for an upcoming cross country trip. I have done multiple reviews for this hoping management would acknowledge what happened but so far no even after talking to a CSR. They did a great job but I’m not a fan of overpaying for already paid for services. Not sure if I’ll be back or not. More

Overall, this was a normal vehicle purchase. We had a couple issues after delivery but the management went above and beyond to correct.
