Terrible experience I do not recommend this dealer. They misrepresented the car. I came from out of town to purchase and when I seen this car it was wrecked and doctored with terrible repairs. The front ,the side, and the back were crashed and a very poor repair attempt. They offered to pay for my gas for the wasted trip so I showed them my gas receipt for my diesel truck and he never did reimburse me. My salesman Miguel out and out lied in his texts to me then denied it. Very sad state of affair to say the least. Run as fast as you can from these guys and save yourself the frustration. More

Make appointment, go in on appointment day, I am told that they never scheduled me. Then they tell my wife that squeeky/scraping brakes on a new car is normal! Lol! Then they dent my door, stain my uphol that they never scheduled me. Then they tell my wife that squeeky/scraping brakes on a new car is normal! Lol! Then they dent my door, stain my upholstery. Then they detail my interior and make it worse!! Worst of all, is the attitude received every single time I speak with Scott in service!!! Have spent hours trying to contact a manager to get some resolution to these issues. Have spent days trying to schedule all of this work! They never return calls! The list goes on. Poor customer service is an understatement. UNBELIEVABLE! More

Got an appraisal, talked to a manager, asked my payoff, have me an off, I came back 2 days later, after I made a payment because it was due, so my payoff was lower, another manager came over and told me they can not pay me what I was quoted, they paid less, then told me it can take 4-6 weeks to get the money from them after they payoff the truck. DON'T EVER DEAL WITH THEM, SNAKES. Do not. They will screw you over. More

I had some damage done to my new 2021 Ram truck by a glass rep I was referred by my friend Harley in service to the Ghent Auto body shop in Greeley. I had some damage done to my new 2021 Ram truck by a glass repair company and Rolando from Ghent fixed my truck hood with his amazing skills!
