Horrible service! Took vehicle in for oil change and tire rotation in the morning was not ready until following day. My experience with Ghent was Horrible. All I wanted was a price and had to deal with to much onslaught prior to getting a price. Terrible sales tactic. I have had my truck in the service department three times within the last month and paid the dealership over $2000 and have not had my truck fixed. Purchased a brand new Chevy on May 12th called back on the 24th the brake master cylinder was leaking they told me it would be the 10th of June before they could look at it 10 days!
