Browsing for an RV We stopped by to look at new and used Class C RVs. Cowboy showed us a great deal on a used rig as well as some new options to give us some good ideas We stopped by to look at new and used Class C RVs. Service rep wendy was great on all our issues and keeping us up to date on the service. Chris, who did the service, was exceptionally good and when we went to pick up the camper, he came out and did a few more tweaks for us. We had a really good service experience. We will plan our yearly maintenance with them and see how that goes. The lifetime warrenty they offer, as long as you have it professionally maintenance, can be a great thing. More

It was extremely hot that day and we had been at other dealerships and just gave our selves the tour. He offered us a cold drink showed us one in the air conditioning we found it exactly what we asked for. Cowboy showed us several more on lit and took us back to some as they ran together. He was patient not pushy, answering all our questions. He never put down the competition,which we respect. Well we narrowed it down to two and again he ran us around. We appreciate the time and the quickness of how he brought back the paperwork. Yes, we bought from cowboy and enjoyed the experience. Thank you More

Watch out for extra charges Both the salesman (Cowboy) and the service guy(Doug) said they could install a tv in our living room for us - no mention of cost from either. We assu Both the salesman (Cowboy) and the service guy(Doug) said they could install a tv in our living room for us - no mention of cost from either. We assumed it was a courtesy service - Wrong! They charged us $108 to install a simple bracket ( which ended up being the wrong one, although no one told us what bracket to buy). So now we need to take down the bracket they charged us $108 to install and move it to the bedroom. Also, they forget to tell you that you need to purchase $400 worth of stuff to get your trailer ready to go ( sewer tube, $6 roll of toilet paper, ,etc). A heads up would have been nice instead of the surprise at the end. The finance guy gave us a $100 gift certificate to use, but never mentioned anything about it- just stuck it in with all of our other paperwork. We just happened to notice it. When we got our travel trailer to the storage facility, we were unable to detach the ball from the hitch. We are very familiar with this type of trailer hitch, but we tried everything to get the hitch off of the ball. No one told us that it's very common with this type of trailer for the ball to get caught on the hitch! Again, knowing that we are first time rv buyers, a heads up would have been very helpful We ended up having to completely detach the hitch from the truck and only then, did the ball separate from the hitch. Took us 45 mins - the sales guy and the service guy did finally return our call (after hours) but really were of little help- we figured it out ourselves. More
