STOLEN CAMPER Giant Recreation World, Ormond Beach: I purchased a new 2018 travel trailer from them in June. In November I dropped off my trailer for minor warr Giant Recreation World, Ormond Beach: I purchased a new 2018 travel trailer from them in June. In November I dropped off my trailer for minor warrantee work. While in their possession my trailer was stolen. They admitted to the police that they stored my trailer in a NON-SECURED area. They did not even know my trailer was missing for 22 days. The insurance did not cover the full price I paid for it 6 months earlier and the insurance did not cover the contents (normal stuff). Subsequently, I took a loss of almost $5000.00. Giant Recreation World refused to accept any responsibility and refused to make up my losses. Beware.... More

We were warned that they add $3,000 at the end...believe me it's true. They will seriously undervalue your trade in as well! Eric was great to work with, as was Doug and Kevin in service is outstanding. Julie in parts knows her stuff and will not steer you wrong! Giant Rec has a pretty great team.
