I recently negotiated an out the door price for the purchase of a 2023 Ford F150 with this dealership. However, once driving to make the purchase, I was told that the deal was for a Sierra 1500. The salesman Thomas said he made a mistake during negotiations and then got loud and argumentative with me when I asked to speak with a manager. After being forced to call back myself, I was finally able to get the owner to hear me out who protected Thomas and said he just made a mistake, but he would talk with him about his attitude. He never offered to honor the negotiated price of the F150 and showed no remorse that I was lied to by one of his salesmen for over a week of negotiations. This was a true bait and switch tactic by this dealership and I hope a lawyer reads this review so maybe this dealership can be forced to stop these practices. Bottom Line - The Salesman Thomas Lied to me and then berated me. - The Owner defended him and showed this dealership has no honor in what they say. Very Untrustworthy Dealership! More
