That said, everyone we have had the pleasure of meeting and/or workng with there has been the same, including Randy Baugh. While we are new to the area, we are older folks with a lot of experience buying vehicles and we used to dread the thought of having to replace one. Not anymore. My wife can get anxious easily but he was easy to work with and never tried to pressure us in any way. Had to test drive a couple of times to get my wife comfortable enough to drive herself but Drew was very patient, helpful and kind. Just made us feel comfortable. The owner came out and talked with us and made sure we were being took care of. Working with Jim with the finance/paperwork had just the same experience. Had an issue with how I wanted to finance the vehicle so I ended up running late trying to get back in time to pick up the car. He was very helpful getting paperwork back and forth to the bank and stayed past closing time so I could pick up the car so I didn't have to miss another day of work. I will definitely be a repeat customer of Gilbert&Baugh and recommend anyone to see them on their next vehicle purchase. More
