My wife and I visited Gilbert & Baugh Ford to look at an F-150 I had seen on their website. I am not normally a big Ford fan, but wanted to give it a good look. From the moment we entered the dealership, Cindi the receptionist was so very kind and pleasant and called one of the salesmen, Randy Taylor, to assist us. Randy was absolutely fantastic - no pressure, very friendly, and professional. He provided us the key to the truck and let us take a test drive. The truck was great and so was our experience at Gilbert & Baugh Ford. We ended up buying the truck! Randy Baugh, the dealership owner, was very engaged and friendly and even gave me a Dr. Pepper out of his own personal stash ;) In addition, Jim Wyckoff, who handled the F&I part of the sale was super nice, no pressure and very engaging. Easy purchase- Great to work with I am not a fan of the car buying process. These guys made it easy and were very fair. I was dealing with 3 dealerships and these guys won my business and there wasn't a close second. I contacted a salesman about what I was wanting. They didn't have what I called about but he suggested I look at another truck they had just received. I ended up liking it better than what I had been thinking I wanted. When I test drove I had very little time as I was between my daughter's games. I showed up and he told me to just take it with me to try and bring it back whenever I could later that day. We were able to come to terms on a price (this was easy as well) and they were genuinely appreciative. I also did the vast majority of my communication via text which was helpful for me based on my busy work schedule. If you're looking to buy connect with this dealership for sure. More
