I did all of my car shopping on the internet. I confirmed my order with a $500 check which I sent in the mail. When my car arrived at the dealership, it was prepped and made ready for delivery within two days. The Sales Manager even called me and explained to me that I could save $1000 by taking advantage of a finance program offered by Ford Motor Credit. I had originally planned to pay cash for the vehicle, but by financing a few thouand dollars, I saved $1000 plus $60 in sales tax. When I arrived at the dealership for delivery, the vehicle was ready to go, the paperwork was done promptly, and I was on my way in well under an hour. I bought a New Jetta from Gilboy. The same day as soon as I got the vehicle in my garage I noticed the vehicle had several panels that did not match. After taking the vehicle to a collision center for inspec I got the vehicle in my garage I noticed the vehicle had several panels that did not match. After taking the vehicle to a collision center for inspection, they found the vehicle had previous repaired damage. The damage was not disclosed to me. I tried to return the vehicle, but they refused. I am now involved in a lawsuit with vw over the matter. This is the worst experience I have ever had with a vehicle. Stay away from Gilboy!!! More
