I have never had a worse experience with a dealership before. The communication was completely one sided, me calling for updates while my vehicle sat for months on your lot. My bill was $500 more than I was quoted and when I questioned the additional charges I was told “oh your husband must have approved that.” Shouldn’t there be a record of who approves additional charges and as the person who brought the vehicle in and made several follow up calls for a diagnosis I never received I think I should have been informed of the additional charges.
