Worse place I’ve ever had to deal with David Christensen was my advisor and he was rude and lazy ! Every time I called he always claimed to not know what was going on or what he was doing and proceeded to e was my advisor and he was rude and lazy ! Every time I called he always claimed to not know what was going on or what he was doing and proceeded to expressed that he hated to do insurance claims because they took forever. My car sat in the shop for a good month and a half before it was even touched causing my rental coverage to expired and I ended up spending over $600 dollars for a rental to get back and forth to work . He never stayed in communication and I had to make calls and make things work on my own because of the poor performance provided by this dealership. I’m sure it’s not the whole staff but, I do not appreciate calling about my vehicle and someone is giving me an attitude and making me feel rushed. I just wanted things to run smoothly because just like everyone else I have a Job as well and would have liked things to run a bit more smoothly. However, I would suggest that he get more training on insurance claims or not be given insurance claims at all since he really didn’t know his job that well. More

They neglected to tell me bring all my car keys in order to take care of the recall so after bringing someone with me so I could leave my car we then had to go all the way back home to get the other keys. I asked to get a price on fixing the emergency break and they wanted 187.00 just to see whats wrong with it. That’s ridiculous. Same with the washer fluid. I thought there was a leak in the container once again 187.00 to see what the problem was. There’s no way I’d ever take my car to this place for any kind of service. That’s plain flat thieving people. But they make their mistake sending me all the way back home, did they offer to pay for my time? My gas? For their mistake? Of course not. My guess less than an hour to find out the problem with the emergency break and washer fluid combined. Their hour is worth 374.00 but the hour it took me to pay for their mistake is worth what? Oh…. Nothing! That’s rich guys! Customer service? Thing if the past! For the time they caused me they should have looked at the problem as a courtesy. I’ll not go back there again. That was just rude. More
