Really likes this dealership. Also, not sure why I got another request for a review. Terrible communication. Word for over 2k in repairs was supposed to take 3 days. Took 7. I'm a reasonable guy but last 2 repairs have been this way. Hope things improve but zero interest in getting another Chevy at this point. Hope they figure it out. More

Chuck was extremely accommodating and extremely helpful during a very very rough beginning to a vacation using our motorhome. When multiple other places could not see us for several weeks or days at a mini during a very very rough beginning to a vacation using our motorhome. When multiple other places could not see us for several weeks or days at a minimum I was able to bring the RV down almost immediately and he was able to put a code reader on it and get to the root of the problem and order parts the same day which came in the next day. Although they were unable to do the repairs themselves having the parts on hand allowed me to work on the motorhome the next morning and take our vacation as planned with just a one-day delay. My girlfriend my dog and I are extremely grateful for the help and the speedy assistance during this very unusual moment with the motorhome never having an issue before and suddenly developing it 4 miles into the trip. More

Not pleased at all, came in for takata passenger airbag recall, post card flyer said it was free but dealership charged me $20 for airbag return, huh? How can you call this free? Complete scam! Then I asked the desk to check my light for “service parking assist” yep, charged me $165 to problem solve and nothing, told me to pay $2000 to replace harness and sensors, what a joke this place is, so now I’m out $185! I will never patronize this dealer or it’s affiliates ever and will spread the word, yep, word of mouth is so powerful, audit them to verify my stance, actually I’d like to be reimbursed, pathetic! Oh by the way, it took me 3 months to get in for airbag issue, fired, never again! More
