When Maria was there in service, I was always taken care of. She is an outstanding employee and she has excellent communication and she always goes above and beyond.I’m not sure if she’s no longer there or of. She is an outstanding employee and she has excellent communication and she always goes above and beyond.I’m not sure if she’s no longer there or she was just off that daybut the gentlemen I dealt with the day I brought my Jeep for an oil change, seemed like he was in a hurry to get me out of there. I had dropped my Jeep off at 8 AM for an oil change and told him that I needed it back because I had to take it to another shop. I had to call at 3:45 to ask how it was going and they checked and told me it would be ready by five so I didn’t pick it up until almost 530. When asked if everything was OK with my Jeep he said Yes. Later that day or the next day I got a text with the service report for the oil change and 31 point inspection that indeed said I needed a new air filter. I needed a new cabin air filter, that my tires were weathered and that they should be replaced soon, but none of this was gone over with me when I picked it up. I actually had a headlight out as well that Wasn’t even looked at because I was taking it to another shop. More
