Alex, Luis, and Faisal were all easy to work with and moved cars around to let me take a test drive on the car I was looking at - before even asking me to do any kind of paperwork. Poor Service, Overcharged for services. Engine diagnosis given 2024 cost over 5K only for vehicle to break down 11months later in 2025. Addressed with Manager Luke Fisher who was reluctan Engine diagnosis given 2024 cost over 5K only for vehicle to break down 11months later in 2025. Addressed with Manager Luke Fisher who was reluctant to acknowledge faulty service. I picked up Vehicle, & I was told I couldn’t return for future services if I ultimately picked up vehicle. I have taken vehicle to Clovis for repairs where it was recommended to replace whole engine at over 13K. More
