So instead of the dealership, addressing the issue, their general manager, Nate Sanders sends me this I need that negative review taken down come on that’s gonna kill us So obviously, there is no regard to a customers needs as long as it doesn’t hurt the reputation of a dealership

Harold, You want a different truck that can tow more so you are making up a story. You lied and said Ford was giving you $5000.00 for problems with your truck. They flat out turned you down. You lied and said you brought it in to two other dealers and had work done yet you could not provide the repair orders. We checked your warranty history and no work was performed at the other dealers that you mentioned. So Yes I asked you to take down your lies. Nate

I have told you everything that has transpired with his truck. You can believe whatever you want now you are just covering up for yourself considering you yourself have given me three loaners when my truck has been in the shop for the same thing you must think that people are stupid, but this is far from over like I said I will be reaching out to Ford credit Monday morning and now I will definitely be sending them a copy of text messages between me and you and you can explain to them. Your lies.

On a further note, if I was to look at this from a consumer perspective and a dealer perspective, I would be asking myself as a consumer after reading all this what I want to deal with this dealership, but then on a owner perspective after reading all this, I would be asking myself what kind of clown do I have as my GM because I would terminate him immediately

After posting the above review I received a call from somebody that claimed they work for the dealership. During the conversation the person talked over me and was not interested in hearing out my case, rather attempting to blame me for the seized motor after the oil change was performed at the Gillespie Ford in Gurnee, IL. Before the conversation ended this Gillespie representative stated that he could get me additional $500 towards a new engine that I would have to buy and still pay for part of the new engine installation. Needless to say Gillespie Ford in Gurnee, IL is not interested in resolving the issue that has been ongoing for weeks now. As a local tradesman living in the area I've been without a vehicle that allows to support my family. Still looking to hear from the owner, Tom Gillespie....
