Love my new Tires! I love going to Gillespie Ford. They are very attentive to the needs of my vehicle. They were very concerned about my tires. My tires were getting very old and I need it replacements. They gave me suggestions of some tires. I however didn't like the suggestions but I did tell them some other ones I liked. They agreed with what I really liked and even price match the tires. This made me really happy. Patricia was very persistent and consistent and making sure the tires were there and prepared to place on my vehicle. When I asked her to order them she came back two days later to tell me they were ready. The tires ride very nice! They even wash my car afterwards! Patricia is very awesome and is a very nice person I really like her service and she's very smart. She makes me feel a part of the community and it's nice that she knows exactly who I am when I walk in. Thanks Patricia! More

Diesel Service I had my Super Duty 6.4L serviced in July when were visiting friends nearby. I found their service writer friendly and helpful. Servicing of my truck was done quicker than they had told me when I arrived. The waiting room was comfortable and clean. We left the next day to continue our trip to Michigan and I noticed that my truck was leaving spots of oil after being parked. Since we were not close to Gillespie I took my truck to the closest Ford dealership. They found that the gasket on the oil plug was cracked; something that had either happened when I had my oil changed or at least the tech should have notice that it was cracked when he changed my oil. I was still on the road for another three weeks and when I returned home I wrote a letter to Gillespie requesting reimbursement for what I felt was their mistake. They followed up quickly with the reimbursement. Other than that, I am please with my experience at Gillespie Ford. More
