I went in on Monday, April 22, 2024 to finish up some paperwork that the finance manager messed up on. So when I got there, the finance manager by the name VP was suppose to meet me at 9:30 that morning. paperwork that the finance manager messed up on. So when I got there, the finance manager by the name VP was suppose to meet me at 9:30 that morning. Well, when I got there, he wasn’t there. So then I went in to ask if another manager could help me? So the manager by the name Nick Coray came out and saw how frustrated I was, proceeded to ask me if he could help me? I explain to him that I was waiting on the finance guy to come in and finish up the paper from a deal we just did. So Nick went on to help me, and told me he would have me out in no time. He apologized for me having to wait. So Nick went and got my paperwork, so he could finish the deal. While Nick was getting the paperwork together, his colleague by the name of Gabriel Garcia came in and printed the paperwork out for me. With the two of them working together, I was out in no time. I really want to say THANK YOU to these two for their quick thinking, and team work. If you ever visit this dealership, be sure to ask for Nick Coray, and Gabriel Garcia. They provided me with excellent service. More
I love Rams and Jeeps but don't buy from Gillman. The last two times that I have purchased a vehicle at Gillman, there have been problems. This last time, after negotiating a price after I got home and had a chance to look at the paperwork, I noticed that the price was $2,000 higher than we had agreed. I also noticed they did not include the paperwork for the wrap package we had paid for. None of the paperwork that we received included our monthly payment and years to pay. I went back and asked to remove the wrap package as the terms of coverage were not what we were led to believe were. They told me that they changed it and I left content. Unfortunately, I got a call to ask if I was content. I asked what the maintenance terms were and was informed that it was not what I was told when I left content with the terms. My relatives and I have been buying cars there since 2009 when Archer lost the dealership. I will no longer buy vehicles there nor recommend that anyone else does. I am considering going to either River Oaks Ram or Finnigan for any service rather than giving Gillman any of my business. More
Dishonest service. I bought one tire for my son’s truck. When I went to pick it up they had put 4 tires on. My bill should have been $500 but instead was $1500. I purchased a used vehicle from Gillman Jeep almost 2 months ago. The initial encounter was pleasant and full of promises. Promises that Nelson the salesman, Jason the sales manager, and Dana the general months ago. The initial encounter was pleasant and full of promises. Promises that Nelson the salesman, Jason the sales manager, and Dana the general manager have failed to deliver on. All three of these men have lied to me and refuse to fulfill a relatively simple promise upon purchase of a used vehicle. I would not recommend purchasing from this dealership, especially a used vehicle. I feel that i have afforded them plenty of time to fulfill their promises. Unfortunately, they are simply liars that will not stand by their word. More
I purchased my vehicle from Gillman in 2016(as a 2016). In April 2023, I brought my vehicle in to have a multi point inspection performed(costing me $400) and was provided a quote to replace both my front In April 2023, I brought my vehicle in to have a multi point inspection performed(costing me $400) and was provided a quote to replace both my front/back brakes/rotors. I went back a few weeks later to have the brakes replaced and was immediately told the quote was not theirs. I guess I went to a different company, got their quote and wanted Gillman to provide service for another company's quote? Why would I bring Gillman another company's quote!??! I wasn't feeling well that day to stay and dispute the issue. I was ready to purchase another vehicle from Gillman but going thru this experience, that is no longer an option. I will also go and get my brakes replaced by a different company as well. More
Hello, it’s me again. I came over to the office today to visit you, Dana regarding my refund and once again I was informed that you would be in meetings all day. Of course I came over to the office today to visit you, Dana regarding my refund and once again I was informed that you would be in meetings all day. Of course it was to no surprise to me. This process has been a headache from the start regarding customer service, purchase and now my due refund. You stated that the initial check was mailed out on July 3rd Sir it is now July 17th. I still have yet to receive the refund. I’m not sure what’s going on however can we please get this resolved immediately!!! Hopefully, I hear from you soon rather receive my refund asap! This refund process is taking longer than purchasing a house. More
Just bought a new 4-door Jeep Wrangler Altitude and had a great experience. Toney Salem spent a lot of time with us, showing us a variety of models and answering questions. Worst experience ever. Sergio was pleasant and the finance lady were good.
