Jermaine our service representative was incredible during the challenging time with our vehicle. He went above and beyond to get us into a loaner while our vehicle was being repaired. From a dealership standpoint, No one has ever treated us with respect and kindness as he did for us and we greatly appreciate his efforts and dedication. His knowledge and commitment to help his customers is exemplary and in my opinion this is what customer service today should look like. Jermaine is an excellent asset to GILLMAN SUBARU and it should not go unnoticed. I thank Jermaine and GILLMAN SUBARU for the wonderful services and great products. Bryson Simpson our sales specialist was also incredible. He too went above and beyond to help us get into a previously owned Ascent which we love! His energy and passion is infectious and one of a kind. He was genuinely interested in what we were looking for and answered all of our questions and explained the process to us. He even responded to us on his day off and followed up with us thereafter until we got into our new car. He also recently communicated with us about the vehicle manual that he obtained from the previous owners and that we can go pick up at any time. Again, this is exemplary customer service and we greatly appreciate it. Bryson is also an excellent asset to the company.
