These guys were terrible to deal with. The sales associate I worked with was clueless about the Tahoe's features. Gilroy Cadillac went above and beyond my expectations. They executed a transmission swap through warranty in under 3 days. Worst experience ever. I have been to GMC, Toyota and Audi for oil changes and service. My 1.5 hour apt. ended up being a 3 hour ordeal, with no communication.
