It was 3 PM in the afternoons, and she wouldn't do anything to protect my safety. She left me stranded, and without a choice.i will never take my care to Gilroy Chevrolet. Service Dept is understaffed - no vehicle updates, don't return phone calls or emails. Inspection fee for what should be a basic problem is outrageous.
