I visited to purchase a used Mazda CX-90 PHEV and left deeply disappointed. Before arriving, I was told the price was negotiable — but a $250 discount on a $37,250 car is not a negotiation. To justify deeply disappointed. Before arriving, I was told the price was negotiable — but a $250 discount on a $37,250 car is not a negotiation. To justify their pricing, they compared their vehicle against CPO vehicles from other dealerships, yet their car is not CPO. A fair comparison would be against other non-CPO vehicles only. Most importantly, they assumed I was purely price-shopping and never took the time to understand that I was looking for value for money — there's a big difference. I ended up purchasing from a Mazda dealership where I got better value, a CPO vehicle, and an extended warranty, all included in the price. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. More

This was my first time visiting this place, and unfortunately, I had a very bad experience. I was told at the end that my Jeep would be properly cleaned and detailed, but after all the issues, it w unfortunately, I had a very bad experience. I’m very disappointed with the service. I would not recommend this place, but unfortunately, it’s the only Jeep dealership close to Gilroy. More
