If I could give 0 stars, I would. They are constantly claiming they are short staffed with service advisors and mechanics and as such, they are regularly slow to diagnose cars, repair They are constantly claiming they are short staffed with service advisors and mechanics and as such, they are regularly slow to diagnose cars, repair cars and rarely ever call back as promised. Additionally, trying to contact a service advisor is way too difficult when you want to find out the status of your car. More

I went in for my first service on my '26 Ram and will not be returning simply because it was very expensive and time consuming. Even with coupon the oil change ran me $150 and took about 3 hours. On the Ram app there is no record of the service, I suppose I need to put it in manually? In the future I will do my own oil change in the comfort of my garage with top of the line amsoil for a fraction of the cost. More

Buying a car, a 2026 Dodge Charger RT, was the best experience for me at this car dealership. I searched a number of dealership in Northern and Southern California for the lowest advertised price and experience for me at this car dealership. I searched a number of dealership in Northern and Southern California for the lowest advertised price and thus ended up with Gilroy Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. I was able to purchase the car via cell phone, and finalized the purchase online. Additionally, they delivered the car to my home address, about 90 miles to my home from the dealership at no cost. Daniela, my salesperson was very professional; 10 out 10. Trust me, I am an old (77 years old) wise man, that purchased countless vehicles during my lifetime. More
