I've dealt with this service team twice in 5 years, more out of convenience than anything. First time they had my truck for over 6 months to due a basic inspection & minor body repair after it was stolen. S out of convenience than anything. First time they had my truck for over 6 months to due a basic inspection & minor body repair after it was stolen. Second time they've have my truck nearly a month for a Z46 recall. They ordered the wrong parts, took 3x as long to complete the work than estimated, and then on the drive home the engine light came on and a strong exhaust odor in the cab started. Add to it that they updated me maybe once every 3 days and never answered when I called, this is a terrible experience and some drastic management changes need to be made. More
