One of the techs told me that I needed a new tire, but I did not. I was able to get the tire repaired. This was the second time this has happened to me. This was the easiest and best Shopping experience I have ever had in purchasing an Automobile. I reached out to Ginn and was connected with Shavon Roach. In speaking with Shavon, I asked for a Price Quote o ever had in purchasing an Automobile. I reached out to Ginn and was connected with Shavon Roach. In speaking with Shavon, I asked for a Price Quote on a New Jeep. She got back to me within a couple of hours with a Price. After reviewing the Number, I told her what I was willing to pay. She called me back in 10 minutes and we had a deal. I set up a time to come in and pick up the Jeep and do the Paperwork. I arrived and the Jeep was ready. Took at test drive and decided the deal was good. I had a trade in and we had agreed to a price up front, sight unseen. Everything from the first call till the signing of the Paperwork was easy and fair. Shavon followed up with me twice to check and see if I was happy. I drove from Athens Georgia to Covington Georgia and would make that drive again, if I was in the Market for another Automobile and will in the future. More
