I will give credit to them for fixing any safety issues that needed to be done, (had they been done to begin with, DMV would not have had to get involved) and if DMV didn't not get involved then the they would have told me to pound sand... thank you Robyn at DMV for your support.The problem still remains that they did not fix the fuel pressure regulator, therefor the car continues to stall. That is the exact problem it was returned to the dealership for the last 5 times. They continue to tell me that they have the BEST GM repair men working on the car and they know what the issue is, and replaced the crank sensor, and it will take care of the problem....NOT!!! Again, the lies... I took the car to a 3rd party to have it examined per DMV request, and the issue at hand was in writing and provided to Justin, and again he told me I didn't know what I was talking about. I will make it my last effort to notify everyone I come in contact with NOT TO DO BUSINESS WITH GIRARD FORD or any other dealership owned by the ANTININO family. They are con-artists, and will do anything possible to screw you in any way they can. Doesn't say much for them when their own employees admit to what they do to their customers, and share it with you. More

My old Ranger truck (1994) had not been run for 6 months and as a result it had front break and engine issues. Both problems were fixed and because the truck only has 80k miles it is good to go. The Girard people kept me informed on the work status and were easy to interface with. I like the way they keep all the history in their computer files. I am not happy with the shop material charge they add to the bill ($15),but it seems to be a common pratice. More
The auto bodyshop manager did all she could to repair and return my car. But the repair took longer than we had planned for costing me and my business valuable time. I also asked for my car to be detailed BY THE DEALRESHIP before I returned and I was told they had the time to do it. Gave me a price which I agreed to. It was my first request to do this in 48 years. They did not have the time to do what I asked. I was told that my car would be kept inside the shop every night, when I went to pick the car up 10 minutes before they opened, the car was outside, covered in bird crap. I am truley aware that it is very frustrating to attempt to manage when your support system fails. The dealship and the bodyshop are located together but coordinate poorly. If Allstate Insurance did not suggest this place I would not have considered bringing my Cadillac to a Ford dealership. Ironically enough, the bodyshop manager should be given more athority to take over the entire operation. She is business savy and on-the-ball. More

I have utilized the service department several times over the last two years to maintain my aging caravan. They have serviced/replaced the following items: EGR, full brake job, water pump, thermostat, and the last two years to maintain my aging caravan. They have serviced/replaced the following items: EGR, full brake job, water pump, thermostat, and many oil changes. At each visit I was met with a smiling service counter worker, prompt attention, and fair pricing. Their waiting area has two TV's (one showing regular programming and one showing the service bay(s)), fresh coffee and tea, a water cooler, couch/chair seating, wi-fi, and a great children's area. I highly recommend their service department. More
I had my Subaru repaired after a tailgate accident. The dealer did a great job painting the card and restore the shape of the hood and fenders. I had to bring the car back to the dealer (30 min each way) in heavy down pour (I had to get it fix because I could not see far at night). I asked them before I went how they plan on making it right this time without making it too high. They said they knew how to do it. Knowing they did not do it right the first time, I had some doubts and specifcally spoke to the mechanics. He said if it is not right just bring it back. Yes with me driving another hour. Sure enough, that night I went out to test the car, the headlights were so high that the cars from the other direction flashed their high beam at me. The driver in front of me showed me his middle finger, pulled over, let me pass and drove behind me with his hihg beam on. One would think there must be a standard on how high the beam should be. Apparently the mechanics at Girard Ford did not know it. They were very friendly though. More

Went in for routine service and got expedient quality work done and was home before I knew it. This has been the norm at this dealership all people I come in contact with greet you and ask you if they ca work done and was home before I knew it. Once I dropped a pair of high end sunglasses in the engine compartment and couldn't get them out myself. The staff at Girad got them and wouldn't accept payment after they did. I will always go here for service because they know exactly what they are doing and are more that willing to help you when you need them. More
