They replaced my front rotors, and serviced the rear slides. They also rotated the tires, cleaned the battery, and performed caliper slide service as a courtesy to me. I was able to schedule the appointment moments before the services were performed. The service representative was very courteous and profession, and the costs was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend Girard Toyota's Service department to others. More

I had a very good overall experience. The salesman, Paul, was very personable and did not push the sale. I'm not a fan of feeling pressured into a purchase and would have left if they pushed, but they Paul, was very personable and did not push the sale. Paul gladly took me around to look at the cars I was interested in and for two test drives with no issues. He then let me talk price with the guy who handles that and he laid out everything from their cost on the vehicle to taxes and made me a good deal on the car. As a side note, I was able to get 0% APR for getting a 2011 model. Definitely a plus. I ended up buying the car there when my expectations were to check out a few more places, the experience was so positive and up front that I felt comfortable and got a good deal. The finance manager later gave me a great deal on a bumper to bumper warranty as well. When I went back to pick up my car they took the time to show me all the little things I might have missed in the test drive. They also showed me the service department (newly remodeled, 4 million spent on improvements, its really nice) and made sure everything was in order for me. I'd definitely recommend Girard Toyota. The reason I go to Girard Toyota is they take care of every problem I may have. Everyone is very attentive and polite. I have never had a bad experience at the dealersip from the Manager Mr. Chahwan to t every problem I may have. Everyone is very attentive and polite. I have found the entire staff to be friendly, willing to explain any problem areas and Mr. Zastowsky, in partic service department of Girard Toyota. Under the Labor and Genuine Toyota Parts Warranty, everything was covered without charge which really correspond in Toyota's Mission Statement and stress free on my part due to costly repair. More
I take my Toyota for all its service to this dealer (Girard). I purchased new tires through Girard in January 2010. They have now worn to the point they need to be replaced after only 26,000 miles. I am very upset to have to replace the tires again after such a short time. I feel the dealer should do something to make this right; but when I asked I was told nothing could be done. I know something can be done. Something can always be done to keep a good customer's business. Does Girard or Toyota stand behind their product? Does not seem so. More
Impressed how the whole dealership worked together as a team with the one goal of making me a happy and totally satisfied customer. They achieved their goal. The sales staff backed up each other in a seamless fashion to accomplish the sale in a timely, thorough and efficient manner. I have more than fifty year in the workplace, including sales, and have never been more impressed. Kerry Greene is truely a professional salesperson. The owner of the dealership wasn't hiding out in some back room, but was present on the floor, and chatted with me to satisfy himself that all of my questions and concerns were addressed. I had no idea that he was the owner or even part of the staff. We started making small talk and I mentioned what a dummy I was, because even though Kerry had reminded me to check that my CDs and other belongings had been removed from my trade-in, I forgot my favorate CD still in the player. A minute or two after we parted ways, a person returned the CD to me. I said it was my favorate CD and I thought it was gone. The person said that if it had been gone, that the dealership would replace it for me. Wow! Kerry went over my new car with me from stem to stern, knowing when I was interested and when to back off. In the end, this was a no-stress enjoyable transaction, although my deal was so good that I feel a little bit like a thief. More
