Car was detailed after work was complete. Work was completed on time with no issues. Staff was very friendly. I did not care for the 10 page report on every little detail of every problem. It was the least painful car shopping experience I have ever had. The Prius was a low mile trade-in during a time when it was difficult to get new hybrids from Japan. Service department is very well trained concerning the needs of my Tacoma and I have never had to bring my truck back for rework. Therefore Toyota service technicians know how to service my vehicle no mat needs of my Tacoma and I have never had to bring my truck back for rework.
