I recently had my car serviced at Girard Toyota of New London where I had all four tires replaced and wheel realignment along with an oil change. I found the vehicle I was looking for online and called this dealership to see if it was available. The sales staff were informative, articulate, and ready to do business. After looking for a long while online, I determined that the overall value of what I saw advertised by Girard Toyota was my best bet. The only question I had was: Is this car as good as it looks online? I drove straight from my job on my 55 mile journey to view and drive this 2012 Prius with 20,500 miles on it. The car was in excellent condition, with the navigation and options I was looking for. I knew it was the car for me! The experience was simply pleasant, and the dealership was upscale and modern. I had the pleasure of negotiating with Bob Haley my Sales Representative and the Sales Manager/ Owner, Mark Antinino. I have never written a review for an auto that I purchased, however, the service was so remarkable that I owed this recommendation to them. I would send my mother there with confidence that they would take care of her automotive needs without reservation. I would recommend this dealership to anyone based on my experience. Rose provided great communication/coordination for customer. Dave worked after closing and prior to normal service hours to complete repairs.
