I arrived about 7:15 for a 7:30 appointment-employees were inside and asked if I was there for service. Told me to pull in front of doors and they would open shortly. Evidently that meant they do not open until 7:30 on the dot. I understand that, but they should have told me that if I needed to be earlier just to do the night drop, which we ended up filling that out because my ride was there at 7:30. I would have filled that out when arriving at 7:15 and just left. Also, when picking up my vehicle there was a lug nut attachment in my cup holder. I thought it was yours and returned it to the salesperson. He told me that it was mine. I later discovered they had gotten into the back compartment of my vehicle and gotten it out and left the case laying in the back. I was a little surprised that they had to go thru my vehicle compartment to get that out-would have thought they would have shop one that they use. The staff was friendly and explained what they did to the vehicle, but was a little disappointed on the above issues.
