We purchased a vehicle with an extended warranty, the vehicle did not start and was towed to Gladstone Dodge in Gladstone, MO. They did not initially provide a rental car unless the repairs were approved vehicle did not start and was towed to Gladstone Dodge in Gladstone, MO. They did not initially provide a rental car unless the repairs were approved under warranty. A couple of days later they found the electrical issue but the part needed was on back order. They explained we would have to keep the rental car, we asked if it was covered under warranty which they said yes, until the part was received and repairs were completed. A few weeks later (today) the repairs were complete. My wife went to pick up her vehicle, they took the rental keys to go get her car, and then would not let her leave without paying $1,700 for the rental. She tried to explain it was shared with us by our service person that the rental was covered. We have learned that person is no longer with the dealership. They then requested she pay $650,00 to get her car but they were closing leaving her with the option of finding another way home or paying the $650,00. They then shared if we felt it should be covered we could try to get a reimbursement later. Request that we receive a refund of the amount we paid for covered repairs under a warranty policy that provides a loaner/rental for the duration of the repairs. More
I was excited to find a car that I had been looking for. Looking at the car I found a scratch that was 90% down the drivers door. I asked that they fix it and I was informed that wouldn’t happen. “The car Looking at the car I found a scratch that was 90% down the drivers door. I asked that they fix it and I was informed that wouldn’t happen. “The car is used and dents/scratches/ wear and tear won’t be fixed”. I paid a local person to fix the scratch. I also opted to have a security system installed by them. I go to pick up the car when ready and nobody knows how to operate the security system. Also, the windshield now has a 6” crack in it. I tell my salesman about the crack. He said “did you drive it yet?” I said no I don’t know how to start it yet. He then informed me that if I had driven it off the lot the crack wouldn’t be their responsibility. They go find “the boss”. He comes out and looks at it and asks if I drive it off the lot yet. Again I said no and I’m waiting for someone to show me how to use the security system as no instructions were left in the car. He said he has a guy that does windshields but it would be a couple days. The security system was a joke. Worked sporadically no reason as to why. The one tech that installs them never answers the phone and calls back about week or two after your leave a message. I call the dealership after the car is essentially dead in the water for the 12 time and they said “well we don’t actually install it we have a local guy install it so any warranty issues you will have to talk to him”. So I have the tech remove the system. A $1,500 system wasted because he doesn’t know why it doesn’t work and replacing the remote didn’t help. He also busted several clips from the interior trim and rounded out the screws holding the knee bolster in place so it started clanking around. I take the car in for service and they ask me “has someone been under your dash?” I said yes and they inform me that the obd2 port was broken and when they tried to plug into it, it just pressed up into the dash with no resistance. I call Gladstone to report these issues and they send a message to the same tech. And another week later he calls wanting to know what he’s supposed to do about it as the security system has been removed and it’s now a “car” issue. Several months later I get a call wanting to know if I would like to sell the car back to them. At this point I was interested in selling it and being done with it. He says he needs to work with his manager on a offer and that he would call the next day. I waited a week and called back, no answer. I waited another few days, no answer. Another week, no answer. Another week I call and someone tells me”yeah he’s here, he’s been on vacation”. I talk to the salesman and he wants to know if there’s any damage and asked for pictures. I give him pictures and say yes, a hail storm left some dents. Salesman acts like this could be a deal breaker. But said he would ask. He comes back with an offer that’s Not great. I mentioned that this wasn’t what I was thinking it should be compared to KBB. He informs me that they look at auctions and compare themselves to caravana so KBB is irrelevant. He then says repairs would cost $2k, so $2k comes off the offer. “The car needs to be perfect to be on our lot.” I stated that when I bought the car the massive scratch wasn’t fixed and sold to me as “a used car” and how that’s remotely fair or tracks with their policy of perfection. Salesman says that the scratch was a result of previous management and that is not longer allowed. I said great, I hope someone else doesn’t have to go through what I went through, but since I fixed their scratch it was only fair they fix they fix the dents. I point out the dents wouldn’t have happened if we could have worked a deal when he first called me as storm hit while he was on vacation, and it’s hard for me to take him at his word about this. He tells me he doesn’t appreciate the comment and good luck getting less money. I inform him that I already have a higher offer, and they called me. More

If you’re considering using Gladstone Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram for service, be prepared for serious issues with communication, delays, and pricing. Communication is extremely poor. Getting updates on your ve Ram for service, be prepared for serious issues with communication, delays, and pricing. Communication is extremely poor. Getting updates on your vehicle is nearly impossible—you’ll spend more time chasing them down than they spend actually keeping you informed. Calls don’t get returned, and you’re often left guessing about the status of your vehicle. Timeliness is just as bad. What should be straightforward service turns into extended delays with little to no explanation. Vehicles sit longer than expected, and there’s no proactive effort to keep you updated or move things along. Pricing is also a concern. The cost of service does not match the level of professionalism or efficiency you receive. Between the delays and lack of communication, it’s hard to justify the prices they’re charging. Overall, the experience feels disorganized and frustrating. There are better options in the area if you’re looking for reliable service, clear communication, and fair turnaround times. More

I signed paper work ( With out a legit title) I was told @ that time (9-14-25) th ey were in process of applying 4 a duplicate.. It took them until 11-4-25 to actually do this.. Mo dept of revenue verified this. Now my "60" day temps are out., Previous owner actually is a salesman there (Isaiah) he has a previous "Lein" against it.. Bottom line DO NOT buy here or @ least make sure your vehicle of choice has a title.. Basically Gladstone dodge jeep ram accepted a vehicle from a lein holder w/out due title, sold vehicle w/out title.. Donot buy your next vehicle from this dealership.. Thank you. More
Absolutely Frustrating Experience at Gladstone Jeep Leasing a new Jeep from Gladstone Jeep earlier this month has been the worst car-buying experience I’ve ever had. And that’s saying something Jeep Leasing a new Jeep from Gladstone Jeep earlier this month has been the worst car-buying experience I’ve ever had. And that’s saying something — I’ve purchased four vehicles from Gladstone Dodge/Jeep over the years. During the test drive, I noticed two issues with the brand-new SUV: 1. It drifted to the right when the wheel was straight. 2. There was a high-pitched, whistling sound (like a teapot) coming from the moonroof or windshield. My salesperson assured me both would be fixed, so I moved forward — big mistake. The day after I took it home, the Jeep wouldn’t start while I was at the grocery store. Multiple error messages popped up. I texted my salesperson photos — no response. Eventually, the SUV started again, and I got it home. Since I was already scheduled to bring it in Tuesday for the other issues, I added the starting problem to the list. I dropped the vehicle off — only to be told I needed an appointment. Why was I told to bring it in then? I made an appointment for Thursday at 7 a.m. and requested a loaner, which they agreed to. I showed up at 7 a.m., only to be told after 20 minutes that the person who handles loaners wouldn’t be in until 8. So why make a 7 a.m. appointment? They offered a Charger instead of a similar SUV — at that point I just wanted to get out of there. They kept the Jeep until Tuesday. When I returned, only the alignment issue had been resolved. The whistling sound? They claimed it was “normal” and that a similar model made the same noise. I rode in a coworker’s identical Jeep — no noise. Clearly not “normal.” As for the starting issue, they said they weren’t sure what caused it but were “hoping” a computer update would fix it. It didn’t. The Jeep wouldn’t start again a week later. To make things worse, my temporary tags expire tomorrow. I went in today to pick up my plates — nothing. The vehicle hadn’t even been registered. They blamed me, saying they didn’t have updated proof of insurance. But no one ever called, texted, or emailed to ask for it. This dealership is incredibly disorganized, unresponsive, and frustrating to work with. After being a loyal customer for years, this experience completely changed my opinion. I won’t be returning — and I strongly suggest others avoid Gladstone Jeep as well. More
I just bought my third car second Jeep (2025 Wrangler JLU) from Gladstone Jeep. My salesperson was Audrey. She was very nice and easy to work with. She did a great job and has followed up with me since. Very professional. The whole process was very easy! Working with the finance folks (sorry I cannot remember your name Sir) where very nice and went out of their way to make sure I got a very good deal. I'm very happy with my buying experience and I will be back again to buy my next Jeep! Thank you all for the great experience. :) More
I said going forward I would never again set one foot on Gladstone Dodge service dept again , and I meant it after the experience I had earlier this year and the services I paid for without consent it happe Gladstone Dodge service dept again , and I meant it after the experience I had earlier this year and the services I paid for without consent it happened to be my closest service center (2 mi ) for my Jeep Wrangler I owned , so going forward. I also made sure that I bought nothing that would need servicing from from this dealer , some from the minute I felt like I was may be experiencing a problem. I traded it in rather than even service it, and as long as I live in the vicinity where Gladstone Dodge will be my service center. I will never own a vehicle that goes there. You can keep your three free oil changes you offered me for your incompetence. Funny I was reading the reviews and it said customer say this place is great for oil changes wow seeing how they forgot to put oil in my jeep and I had to have it towed. It’s even been one month since I got my new vehicle, but I have never forgotten them.. More
