Sold us a mopar warranty and lied about where we could use it. Title to vehicle was sent over 3 weeks after purchase and then was delayed in shipping for 3 weeks so the temp tag ran out and we still had t use it. Service department was terrible. Poor communication, 2+ hours was the regular for an oil change, nobody greets you (or even acknowledges you) when you walk in. Worst service. Bought 2015 Jeep and was sold a lifetime detailing package I didn't really want but when the deal dropped from $900 to $500 I took it. Now they are telling me the rep that sold me the package shouldn't have been doing that and was let go. They are also not honoring the lifetime package and say it ended with the warranty period. This was after I scheduled the maintenance. I called once to schedule and then again the morning of to confirm the time. Not until I take time out of my day to show up for the appointment do I find out the person scheduling me for that appointment should have transferred me to another department.
