I’ve purchased maybe 8 cars in my lifetime and this lil Mitsubishi off Gladstone was truly my best experience! Now, I don’t know how common this is, but he let me test drive at my home and drove the car to me! He informed me all the little quirks of driving an EV and even pointed out the dings of the used car so that I wouldn’t be surprised! Lance was informative and felt like I was just hanging out with a friend - I forgot I was buying! I had some issues installing a charger and his supervisor, Matt, sent me THREE electrician’s numbers! He did my numbers via text and also we exchanged a few short low pressure calls. I had a very short window to pick up the car and he gathered my info remotely, so when I arrived, the paperwork was ready and I was on the road in 20 minutes!
