I've never walked away from a car transaction liking my salesperson before, but Ray is now the exception! This is my second new Mitsubishi from Gladstone Mitsubishi, and this experience was, hands down, far superior to my experience there even 4 years ago. If you haven't been there for a while, but had a less than great experience, stop in and give them another shot. Just don't expect them to circle you like vultures when you drive up, it's not going to happen. More
