I was very nervous about the car buying process, but my experience with Jeff was awesome. We had a great experience at Glanzmann and with our salesperson Ken, who was patient, knowledgeable and able to get us out of the dealership in time to pick the kids up from school. Walking out I met another gentleman salesman and after talking I discovered he was a close family friend. My Son gets his vehicles serviced there and they're impeccable . I had an appointment for 10:30 AM May 9th to have my forester inspected. When I asked if I cound wait for it, they indicated it would take 2 hrs. did I want a loner car, which i took. I received a call at 1;37 that the car was just being serviced, they recommended a filter. Lisa indicated that she would call me shortly to let me know my car was finished. I dediced to drive the loner back to the shop, around 2:15 only to find out that they hadn't started on my car, that it would take at least another hour to do the alingment. It was recommended to me that I take the loner car home and come back tomorrow, I have other things schedule for tomorrow. I couldnt wait another hour deciding not to have the alingment done. Lisa told me then that they would be putting the inspection sticker on the car to wait in the waiting room it would be right out. After another hour I went to the service desk, the car was still not done, again she said they were putting the sticker on the car. Finally after almost 6 hours my car was instected and ready. The manager told me that when you get a loner your pushed back so those that are waiting get serviced first, this was not explained to me when I dropped the car off. After buying 5 Cars from Glanzmann I am not sure that I will go back to them. More

On April 3rd, I brought my 2 year old Outback in for an oil change and to have them fix a problem with my hatchback that dated to my last service date. Ty made sure the oil change was done promptly and wa oil change and to have them fix a problem with my hatchback that dated to my last service date. Ty made sure the oil change was done promptly and was able to figure out how the settings had been altered on my hatchback. And voila! It was fixed! More

I recently visited Glanzmann Subaru and had the displeasure of dealing with Miles, whose professionalism left much to be desired. While inquiring about purchasing a Subaru, Miles made a completely displeasure of dealing with Miles, whose professionalism left much to be desired. While inquiring about purchasing a Subaru, Miles made a completely inappropriate comment insinuating that if I had "real money," I would be purchasing a BMW instead. Not only was this comment rude and condescending, but it also showed a blatant lack of respect for potential customers. As someone interested in exploring different car options, I expected to receive courteous assistance, not judgment based on arbitrary assumptions about my financial situation. Miles' behavior reflects poorly on Glanzmann Subaru as a whole and has left me with a negative impression of their dealership. I would caution others to be wary of dealing with such disrespectful individuals when considering purchasing a vehicle from this establishment. Needless to say, I will be taking my business elsewhere. More
