Our meeting today with Erin Smith was awesome. She is extremely knowledgeable about all things Subaru. Her skills in technology and both regarding the car and in general are terrific. She made sure that she addressed all our concerns, answered all of our questions, thought of other things that we needed to know and did it all with a kind, funny and patient demeanor. we left that session with a much better understanding of how our Forester works. Erin really helped to make us more confident Subaru customers. She also let us know that if we ever have any other questions or concerns she is available to help. I have used the dealership and service dept. for years. Everyone is professional, helpful and friendly. My recent purchase was handled by Lauren Lange who was wonderful. The newer dealership for years. Everyone is professional, helpful and friendly. My recent purchase was handled by Lauren Lange who was wonderful. The newer dealership building is very nice and user friendly. My experience with Erin today was also wonderful. She was knowledgable, gave good instructions and hints and answered all my questions. This is a wonderful service for the dealership to provide. It is esoeciallyas I am an older adult and not up on all the current technology. More
