Wonderful Experience Recently, my husband and I went car shopping with plans to visit quite a few dealers but no intent to purchase this particular day. Well we went to Suburu as our third stop and went no further! A nice young lady greeted us and then Dave Schuster our salesman took over. He was wonderful to work with, not pushy at all(I would have left if he was) and super informative. He gave us detailed information on all the models that we were interested in and then let me test drive. Well that was it, once I drove the Outback I was sold. So we ended up purchasing that day with ease. George went over the financial portion with us and he was a delight to deal with as well. This is my first, but not my last Suburu! He was very knowledgeable about the cars, and funny, but he also was a good listener. He heard what we were looking for and helped us get it, without any overly aggressive sales pitches for what we didn't want. We love our new car, but we also found the whole car-buying experience at Glanzmann surprisingly easy and enjoyable. Bought 2018 Outback Recently purchased 2018 Outback with V6 package. Excellent Service After 3 months away my car's battery was dead. I went over to the dealer. Eric Wilson took excellent care of me. Great place to do business New to the car buying experience, I wasn't sure what to expect. Was looking for a CPO and wanted to understand the pros/cons better. Steve made the experience low pressure and the structure of the sale very clear. I live in CC Phila and I didn't have a ride to finalize the paperwork and pickup the vehicle. Another pleasant experience This was a visit for state inspection and routine maintenance.. I was told upfront about how long the process would be. I was actually happy to hear it would may be over an hour, because it meant I could get a break from my busy day. So I just settled myself in one of the comfortable chairs near the TV and sat back with the complimentary snacks and hot chocolate. Jonathan was very polite. He asked me respectfully how I would like to be addressed (by my last name or first name). He texted me during the wait to see if I needed anything. The service was done in just over an hour, including the complimentary wash. I love this place and am really grateful for the expert service. More
