He is friendly and knowledgable, and goes out of his way to make the whole experience a pleasurable and relaxed one. Vince presents all the options and lets the customer decide without pressure. He's happy to answer any follow-up questions and always returns calls. Todd was also very pleasant and made the paperwork process a relaxed one. I was dreading that part of the experience, but Todd made it easy. With my previous Legacy, I used the service department, and I was very happy with them too, especially the manager, Dan Geist. I would highly recommend Glanzman if you're looking for a new car. I love my Subaru! More
