On top of that, they are always pleasant and take the time to actually listen to you. My service advisor, Dan, is just fantastic. Everyone on staff very pleasant . Sales person excellent . Everyone one on staff at Glanzmann very pleasant and smiling all the time . Just passing staff members there were welcoming smiles . Nina Bowen was the very best salesperson I could have had . I was very scared to buy a car all by myself but she helped me with kindness and a ton of patience . I know if I return to ask a few questions she will be willing to help me . That willingness is a great comfort . She spent a great deal of time with me and she was willing to drive a few cars with me more than once . She showed me a lot of cars . She knew all the right answers before I even asked the questions ! The final help she gave me was to let me sit in a black car , which I chose, and we compared my leather choices and finally I picked the camel color which I love !! I found a very convenient work area, in your comfortable lounge. In a very reasonable time, I was checked out by Dave Ullman. He explained everything that was done and added a 10% discount on oil change and, although out of warranty, the "'dechirping" and adjustment to one of the belts. Jesse completely took care of us - took the car, gave us a loaner, got the repair done the same day. This was literally and emotionally a life-saver. We can't recommend Glanzmann more highly! We've bought four cars there, but I think it's the service that keeps us coming back. They're not exactly cheap, but they're fair and they do a great job and they really take care of us. We aren't about to buy a car, or get service anywhere else. More
