Always a pleasure I have been coming to the Glanzmann dealership/service center since my purchase in October 2013. I have had the pleasure of working with Jesse Brodman since my 1st servicing appointment. I am always greeted with a welcomed smile. The customer service is EXCELENT! I come in to get what I need, I am never bombarded with the "you need this" or "you should get this" that I have heard from people that go to other servicing centers UNLESS it is something that I really truly need. I can honestly say, I do look forward to my servicing appointments. :) More

YOU'VE TRIED THE REST, NOW TRY THE BEST!!! I HAD AN ISSUE WITH A RATTLING SOUND AND SO CALLED ON A FRIDAY FOR AN APPOINTMENT THE NEXT DAY. I WAS TOLD BY DAN THAT THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT COULD I HAD AN ISSUE WITH A RATTLING SOUND AND SO CALLED ON A FRIDAY FOR AN APPOINTMENT THE NEXT DAY. I WAS TOLD BY DAN THAT THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT COULD LIKELY TAKE MY CAR IN THAT DAY AND TO CALL BACK LATE IN THE MORNING. ON SATURDAY MORNING,BEFORE I HAD A CHANCE TO DO THAT, HE CALLED ME ON HIS OWN AND SAID THAT THEY WOULD BE HAPPY TO LOOK AT MY CAR. IT WAS TAKEN CARE OF IN THE SAME PROFESSIONAL MANNER AS I HAVE COME TO EXPECT FROM DAN GEIST AND THE OTHERS. DAN'S PERFORMANCE IS CONSISTENLY THAT OF THE CONSUMMATE PROFESSIONAL. HE IS HELPFUL, FRIENDLY, ACCOMODATING, AND ALWAYS TAKES THE TIME TO EXPLAIN THE MECHANICS OF THE ISSUE. I walked into Glanzmann Subaru with my fiance and chatted with Phil, we had a good rapport and he never pressured me into anything. It was actually a breath of fresh air going to Glanzmann Subaru, everyone I dealt with was great. Phil answered my questions via email and responded very quickly. My brother even bought a car from Phil while my car was on order. I highly recommend stopping into Glanzmann Subaru and sitting down with Phil. 6 Stars!! (get it, the Subaru emblem...c'mon) More
