I did all my work with the internet representative and he was honest and straightforward about the car and its condition. When I got to the dealership I was warmly greeted and went for a test drive. The Outback Sedan was perfect just as it was described to me. We worked out a fair price and the staff took care of all the NYS DMV paperwork. They even delivered the car to New York for me. I have been a loyal Subaru owner for all most 20 years and this was one of the most pleasant Subaru buying experiences. What a great staff and experience. More

There were some hiccups with my vehicle, but Matthew took care of everything without question. He went above and beyond to make sure we had the best experience we could! Roughly a month later I had a few more issues and immediately spoke with Mark Glanzmann and along with Matthews help they both found a way to resolve any complications the vehicle had itself. I was exceptionally pleased with everything the dealership had to offer and even though it wasn't smooth sailing for me when I left the dealership I would definitely recommend Glanzmann. The salespeople were informative and completely low-keyed, which to me are the ideal combination when buying a new car. There were certain new technologies which interested me from a safety standpoint, and both Justin and Frances ran through the details with me and assured that I got exactly what I wanted in my new car. When the car arrived, Justin patiently went over the operation of features I had not been familiar with. I could not have been more pleased with the entire experience, and I can enthusiastically recommend the Subaru brand and give the Glanzmann dealership the highest possible endorsement. More
