We had a wonderful experience at Glanzmann from start to finish. Jeff was our salesperson and from the first visit to just "look around" we never felt pressured or rushed about making any decisions. Jeff spent many hours with us showing different options that were available. With our purchase we were intitled to a follow up appointment with a tech instructor to again go over all the features on our new car after we have had some time to drive it and see what we wanted to ask about. Erin was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to answer all of our questions. Erin showed us so many features on our new Subaru Forester that we would have never found or discovered for ourselves. Also while we were there one of the new fobs that came with the car apparently needed a new battery. This was fairly unusual for the fob being brand new. We walked over to the service counter and explained what happened and within minutes the fob had a brand new battery in it. The dealership is very bright and roomy. We never thought that we would ever buy a Subaru but now we can't wait to go back and buy another one when our second vehicle is ready to be traded in. Great service and a very positive experience all around. More
