The y passed the certification requirements but Alex went above and beyond and, to my surprise, my new used car had brand new tires. I got a text from my friend who said, "Cars are so much quieter on new tires as opposed to worn ones. Showed that the dealer isn't just about the $, especially because the car was already sold."
