As a 66-year-old, who is not very tech-savvy, I found the technology overwhelming at first – but Erin made it so easy to understand. She was incredibly pleasant, patient, and knowledgeable. Erin explained everything in simple, Layman terms – no confusing"tech talk"– and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. She even spent over an hour with me, which truly felt above and beyond. At no point did she make me feel rushed, uncomfortable, or embarrassed for asking questions. On top of her professionalism, Erin had a fun, friendly personality that made the experience enjoyable. Thanks to her, I now feel more confident using all the features in my new car.
