Recall and more My Impreza was part of the brake light recall and needed to come in to the shop. Setting up the appointment online was very easy and included a loaner My Impreza was part of the brake light recall and needed to come in to the shop. Setting up the appointment online was very easy and included a loaner car which was super helpful. I worked with Eric Wilson who helped me add a few more things to the list including inspection and buffing of some scratches. He was very thorough with everything, went above and beyond. For example, he printed me an updated copy of my insurance card to replace the one I had which was expired (whoops!). He also took the time to show me the buffing work, he was worried I would be disappointed because some of the scratches were too deep. I wasn't disappointed at all and felt it looked 10 times better. He was also super chill about my failure to add some gas to loaner (my bad, sorry about that!!). Grateful for another awesome experience with the Glanzmann service department. More

A rare individual who makes you feel like you're the only one in the room. You can only get this from years of service experience. I ended up getting a newer car from the dealership. Doug Fisher handled that. His calm approach to sales (his background is finance) made the buying process actually fun instead of stressful! He was also able to steer me to a good financed rate, his expertise in the spotlight here. Dana popped in during this process to meet me and offer any help if needed. Finally, John in finance helped me sign and initial and get the loan in order. I would recommend Glanzmann to anyone. They are Good All Around! Maury H. More
