Setting up the appointment online was very easy and included a loaner car which was super helpful. I worked with Eric Wilson who helped me add a few more things to the list including inspection and buffing of some scratches. He was very thorough with everything, went above and beyond. For example, he printed me an updated copy of my insurance card to replace the one I had which was expired (whoops!). He also took the time to show me the buffing work, he was worried I would be disappointed because some of the scratches were too deep. I wasn't disappointed at all and felt it looked 10 times better. He was also super chill about my failure to add some gas to loaner (my bad, sorry about that!!). Grateful for another awesome experience with the Glanzmann service department. More

Glanzmann Good All Around! A friend recommended Glanzmann for service. Ray Cooley was the first face I met. Nice, knowledgeable and very accommodating! A rare individual who makes you feel like you're the only one in the room. You can only get this from years of service experience. I ended up getting a newer car from the dealership. Doug Fisher handled that. His calm approach to sales (his background is finance) made the buying process actually fun instead of stressful! He was also able to steer me to a good financed rate, his expertise in the spotlight here. Dana popped in during this process to meet me and offer any help if needed. Finally, John in finance helped me sign and initial and get the loan in order. I would recommend Glanzmann to anyone. They are Good All Around! Maury H. More

Great experience I took my car to Glanzmann for its first oil change. The service center was crowded, but I spotted the express service counter and headed over to it. I took my car to Glanzmann for its first oil change. The service center was crowded, but I spotted the express service counter and headed over to it. The two people working were very personable. Within about two minutes I was seated in the comfy waiting room with a complimentary soda. They had told me it would be about 45 minutes, so I called my aunt to chat and pass the time. We were still talking when I saw them bring my car out, freshly washed! It was probably the best experience I’ve ever had with a car dealership. More

Great service! I've been coming to Glanzmann for service for several years after buying 2 Foresters from them. They are caring, efficient, and accommodating. My only complaint is with the car wash - my sideview mirrors were unusable due to soap not being wiped off. I asked for a cloth and the only cloth available was covered in oil, so I had to get my car washed after my appointment. Everything else was great but I feel like the car wash part really shouldn’t have happened. More
